    2026/09/10

    Is Finance Ready for Innovation?

In this episode of Kingdom Conversations, Lindsae' Peele sits down with Casey Ariel Diké, Founder and CEO of Blaze Group®, for a powerful conversation about fintech, financial inclusion, global finance, community, and the future of wealth.

Casey's career has taken her from structuring multi-billion-dollar credit facilities for major technology companies to working directly with underbanked farmers across Sub-Saharan Africa.

And that transition changed the questions she was asking.

Casey shares the story of navigating communities with a translator, sitting across from people, learning how money already moves between rural and urban communities through mobile money, and discovering that the solution wasn't always more education.

    They need access to capital.

Through innovative financing and crowdfunding, Casey helped demonstrate the enormous potential that exists when capital is designed to meet people where they are.
