Grief is an experience that not one person on earth will experience the way that you do. Grieving is truly a personal experience, process, and journey; no one person walks the road of grief alike. This is your voyage. Understanding yourself during this time will be difficult, let alone understanding someone else. This title came to me after losing my 19-year-old brother unexpectedly of murder. My mother's only son. Although our mother, sisters, family, and friends all loved him dearly. We all handled grief in our own way. This episode is from my personal experience. This is my first episode, I started my podcast off with such a severe topic because I feel it is vital for people to hear this to help them through their journey, grief, and loss. There were many times on my journey when I felt alone or felt like something was wrong with me, but it was just me grieving in a way that helped me cope. Nobody understood it and many people judged me for it. I’m airing this show on my brother's 3yr anniversary of leaving us. I hope this episode touches the very person who needs it~ With love xoxo
