And that truth challenges a mindset we hear all the time:

“They got what they deserved.”

Because Sis, if our relationship with God were based solely on getting what we deserved, we’d all be in trouble.

But the gospel gives us something entirely different.

Grace. Mercy. Forgiveness. Adoption.

Not because we earned it—but because of Jesus.
