He was then named captain of Chilliwack for his final year and was over a point per game as a defenseman. He was also named to the BCHL First All-Star team and BCHL Defenseman of the Year. After a solid first year of D1 Hockey, Abram took off this season and was one of North Dakota's 3 Hobey Baker Nominees. Abram's humble character and joyful personality are second to none, and it makes this interview even better, capping it off with some crazy and funny stories at the end.
