Julie Derr, based in Nashville TN, has over 30 years of experience in the health and wellness arena. She’s a Physical Therapist and Certified Athletic Trainer who has worked with the Ladies Pro Golf Tour, and in multiple outpatient sports medicine and orthopedic clinics.

In recent years Julie has shifted her focus to health coaching. As a Certified Integrative Health Practitioner and Midlife Specialist, she’s an authority on women’s health with her main focus on peri-menopause and menopause. She uses her extensive knowledge of midlife hormones, gut health, thyroid disfunction, plus nutrition and exercise to help clients achieve optimal health.
