In Joshua 17-19, some of the tribes received their inheritance, but possessing the land still required faith, obedience, and action. These chapters remind us that we can’t allow fear, comfort, excuses, or comparison to keep us from walking fully in what God has called us to do.
In this Bible study, we’ll discuss the danger of settling for less, the importance of trusting God when the assignment feels bigger than us, and why every person’s portion will not look the same. God has not forgotten you, and what He has for you does not have to resemble what He gave someone else. The question is: will we remain where we are comfortable, or will we move forward in faith?
All Scripture is from the King James Version (KJV). I encourage you to study the Word for yourself, pray for understanding, and allow the Holy Ghost to lead you into all truth. “Study to shew thyself approved unto God” (2 Timothy 2:15)
