In this episode I got a chance to sit down with John Murphy or FHS Performance .

John has an abundance of experience in a number of fields and is currently a PhD Researcher in Dublin City University and Post Primary PE Teacher.

John holds a masters in Exercise & Nutrition Science and is a Strength and Conditioning coach and GAA Coach Educator also.  

In today's episode I got a chance to chat to him about his important ongoing research and all things coach education and wellbeing.
