I figured it was time to do another FREE solo pod. That’s right, Alex Honnold style. No safety ropes, no rules and no guests. We can call it an annual QBR, State of the Pod or a Year In Review (even though it’s only Oct), but I just thought it would be a good time to just talk through my year. All of the adventures and issues, the happenings with the pod, and give a bit more insight into some specific recent adventures like the Mammoth Trailfest and surprising Joe Hardin at his Hustle In The Heartland event. As always, if you do not enjoy listening to just ME, you are free to skip this one, or use that wonderful “mark as played’ feature found on most pod playing apps like Spotify and Apple. But if you want to catch up on me, my year, the pod happenings, my trainings and some of my recent adventures, then this is that pod. So go lace up those shoes for your run, and don’t forget your knee braces so your kneecaps don’t explode, but it’s time to hit the trail.
