概要
On August 26, 2015, 20-year-old Jody Meyers and her fiancé, 29-year-old Neil Archer, went to a family birthday party for Jody’s stepfather in South Australia. The celebration was in full swing, but the couple weren’t part of the cheer. Neil hadn’t wanted to go at all, and he stubbornly stayed in the car while the party went on without them. What looked like a small family disagreement that evening became the start of a story that would end in tragedy and a courtroom.

This episode follows Jody’s life, her relationship with Neil, the warning signs, the investigation, and how the case was resolved.

Content note: This episode discusses domestic violence and the death of a young woman. Listener discretion is advised.
