The Jocks are back after a week-and-a-half long break, which we took in order to give our listeners time to focus on this year’s election (and not because we got distracted and forgot to record last Thursday). After taking a moment to admire our patriotism, punch play on the episode to hear the sponsors discuss current events, college football cities, and BOOK of the week. Don’t tune out yet, however, as there are a couple of swing segments, like NFL talk and 3 bets, that have yet to be called. Finally we end our campaign with the Starting 5 of Game of Thrones/House of the Dragon characters we’d want on our small council if we were king.

What’s up Halloweenies! Be very afraid because the Jocks are back for a very spooky Halloween edition of the pod. Do not pull the switch on the episode yet Igor, because the Jocks also look into a crystal ball to predict an impending financial crisis, discuss the Movie of the Week, NFL talk, and 3 bets. The good spirits don’t stop there, however, as the show goes to its earthly grave by finishing with a Halloween-themed Starting 5 where one contestant’s picks suck harder than a vampire.

The boys are back, and, at show number 6, they’re getting dangerously close to having more episodes than weekly listeners.
