  • More Than One Version of You
    2026/04/27

There isn’t just one version of you. There are many.

In this episode of the Jo Willow Rose Podcast, Jo shares her personal journey of building a life in HR, exploring different paths, and discovering the creative and spiritual parts of herself that were always there.

Alongside her story, she introduces Nancy, a chiropractor who followed her calling to build a farm life from scratch. Her story is a powerful reminder that you do not have to choose just one version of yourself.

This episode invites you to see your life differently. You are not meant to stay in one identity. You are meant to expand, evolve, and embrace all that you are.

In this episode you will hear about

Honoring the life you have already built.
Embracing new parts of yourself without starting over.
Real examples of living more than one path.
A guided reflection to help you integrate all versions of you.

  • How To Trust Your Intuition
    2026/04/09

In this episode of the Jo Willow Rose Podcast, we explore the power of intuition through both science and real-life experience.

Intuition is often described as a “gut feeling,” but research shows it is far more than that. Psychologist Daniel Kahneman, in his book “Thinking, Fast and Slow”, explains how our brains use what he calls System 1 thinking, a fast, automatic process that draws from patterns and past experiences to guide decisions without conscious effort.

Neuroscientist Antonio Damasio, in “Descartes’ Error”, introduces the Somatic Marker Hypothesis, showing that our bodies store emotional memories and use them to influence decision-making. What we feel physically such as a sense of ease or discomfort, can be an important signal guiding us toward or away from certain choices.

In addition, neuroscientist John-Dylan Haynes and his team at the Max Planck Institute demonstrated that the brain can begin forming decisions seconds before we become consciously aware of them, highlighting that intuitive processing happens beneath the surface of our awareness.

Through the story of Mary, this episode brings these ideas to life. Her quiet inner knowing that something was no longer aligned reflects how the brain and body work together to recognize patterns, process experiences, and guide us toward better outcomes.

This episode is a reminder that intuition is not random or unreliable. It is informed by your lived experiences, supported by science, and available to you at all times.

When you learn to trust it, you begin to move with greater clarity, confidence, and alignment.

  • The Power of Gentle Progress
    2026/03/13

There is a kind of growth that does not rush. It does not announce itself. And yet, it changes everything.

In this episode, we explore the power of gentle progress. The quiet, steady movement that happens when you stop forcing your way forward and begin trusting your own rhythm.

This is a reminder that progress does not need urgency to be real. That slowing down does not mean falling behind. And that meaningful change often takes root beneath the surface before it ever becomes visible.

This episode includes a guided meditation, affirmations, and a closing blessing to support steadiness, trust, and inner alignment.

  • When Our Pets Pass
    2025/12/15

In this tender episode of the Jo Willow Rose Podcast, I share the natural and supernatural ways our pets remain with us after they pass.

This episode is dedicated to Sookie, a beloved Maltipoo who spent sixteen years as the heart and mother of my partner’s family, and nine deeply meaningful months by my side. Our bond formed quickly and felt timeless, reminding me that love is not measured in years, but in recognition.

I reflect on the quiet ways pets choose us, the signs they leave behind, the dreams that carry messages, and the comfort that continues long after they are gone. This episode also includes a gentle guided meditation to help you connect with your pet on the other side, an affirmation, and a closing blessing.

If you’ve ever loved an animal, this episode is for you. 🐶💞

    2025/12/05

When Truth Is Louder Than Fear: Courtney’s Story
In today’s episode, I’m sharing a story about Courtney, a chef who spent years working in a restaurant she co-owned. On the outside, everything looked stable. On the inside, she knew she wanted something completely different. Flowers had always been where she felt most like herself, and she couldn’t ignore that pull anymore.

This episode is about what happens when you stop pretending everything is fine and finally choose what feels true to you, even when fear tries to talk you out of it.

We’ll walk through her story, the moment her clarity arrived, and the steps that helped her move toward the life she actually wants. I’ll also guide you through a short meditation to help you connect with your own next step.

If you’ve been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or afraid to change direction, this episode is for you.
