    2025/09/10
Jim Rutledge and Molly Brown start today's show late after the Brewers flopped in the final of their 3-game road series at the Texas Rangers. With the gap between the Brewers and Phillies closing every day atop the NL Standings, when do we start to worry about losing the No. 1 seed in the playoffs? Also, why is producer Primetime so worn out and why's there a red mark on his face... ? Then, they briefly look ahead to the Packers matchup versus Washington on Thursday Night Football with today's Siding Unlimited poll question, asking if Packers or the Commanders have a higher ceiling? They play Minute to Win It, as Primetime tests Molly's recall of Sunday's big Packers win over the Lions, asking her to name the 10 players who caught a pass for Green Bay in the game. Mark Tauscher joins Jim & Molly ahead of the Packers' big matchup versus the Commanders tomorrow. Tausch and Jim spar about the NFC North, including if the Vikings are the biggest threat to the Packers after their win over Chicago on Monday, and do the Packers already look head and shoulders above the NFC North after Week 1? Molly asks which NFC contender has a higher ceiling, Green Bay or Washington, and Jim gets in one question for Badgers football's game versus Bama this Saturday: Wisconsin wins in Tuscaloosa because of ____? • 5PM: Packers' Biggest Threat in the NFC North, & Week 2 Power Rankings! Plus, The Annoying Fan Who Stands!
    2025/09/09
Jim Rutledge and Molly Brown roll into Hour 2 as they continue to recap their trip to Chicago the Bears vs Vikings game on MNF. After both teams last night looked so unimpressive, while the Packers dominated the Lions in Week 1, they ask today's Siding Unlimited poll question: Which team is the biggest threat to the Packers in the NFC North? They also discuss if consistency is the Packers' biggest strength in the unstable NFC North, and will the rest of the division catch up by the second half of the season when they play their majority games versus Green Bay? Also, how much does it suck to be a Bears fan? They play Majority Rules, comparing the Packers to the other team's in ESPN's Week 2 NFL Power Rankings (even though it's too soon to care about power rankings). During Throwing Stones, Jim & Molly take aim at the annoying fans who were around them at Solder Field last night — the nerd who made them move, the people who couldn't stay in their seats, and the man who ALWAYS stands! They finish today's punch-drunk show tempting how long Jim can stay awake after a late night coming back from Chi Town...

    2025/09/09
Jim Rutledge and Molly Brown are back after missing yesterday's show for yesterday's Bears vs Vikings game in Chicago. They recap the entire trip to Chicago, including their slew of awkward bathroom stories, lunch at the Weiner Circle, dinner at an extra rare & expensive steakhouse, and losing not their car, but the entire parking garage! Big question: do Jim & Molly seem more like business partners or partner partners... Then, they try to breeze past the rough experience for Jim at the Bears-Vikings game on MNF and Chicago's fourth-quarter collapse! Jason Wilde joins the show to give his assessment of the NFC North after the Packers trounced the Lions and the Vikings beat the Bears in a sloppy MNF opener, and he hears about if the dogs at the Weiner Circle lived up to Jim and Molly's wildest expectations during their trip to the game last night. They also discuss who is the Packers' biggest threat in the division, and is KOC clearly the best HC in the division? They wrap up Hour 1 giving away some High Life, and they talk in awe about perhaps the most memorable moment from attending last night's Bears-Vikings game: the star who sang the National Anthem!

    2025/09/08
Matt Hamilton & Jesse Nelson continue holding it down at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse in Middleton while Molly & Jim are away on assignment in Chicago. During Throwing Stones, Jesse has a bone to pick with the people overreacting to the Badgers' slow start in their 42-10 win versus Middle Tennessee at Camp Randall and the anxt around the program heading into this week's big game at Alabama. Matt Hamilton holds it down with Jesse Nelson live from Ruth's Chris Steakhouse while Jim & Molly are away on assignment for the Bears-Vikings MNF game! Jesse and Matt discuss the excitement following Sunday's dominant win and QUARTERBACK TACKLER Micah Parsons' electric debut in Green & Gold. They also hit the Carbliss talk/text phone lines to ask: After the first game of the season, what do we know about the 2025 Packers? First, they hear about Matt's experience of watching Sunday's game at his buddy Devin's house (aka the friend's house of everyone's dream)! They also discuss today's Siding Unlimited poll question — After watching yesterday's game, what do you believe MORE: the Packers got better or the Lions got worse? They review the responses from fans on the Carbliss talk/text line before giving their own takeaways, including the new things that the defense showed us and nitpicks with some of the same old characteristics we saw from Matt LaFleur's offense... • Jason Wilde on JM&M
    2025/09/05
Jason Wilde joins Jim, Matt & Molly's preview for the Packers' season opener versus the Lions, but only after a curling minute update for Matt, chiming on what Molly should wear as a neutral fan to the Bears-Vikings on MNF, and he gives some more uncultured food recommendations for Chicago & the world famous wiener circle... They also discuss if we're all sleeping on the Lions because of their coordinator changes this offseason and who's the best bet to win the North? Jim also asks Jason about journalistic ethics in the coverage around NFL players who often receive too much unwarranted hate & hit pieces.
