What would you change if you knew your time was limited?
At 59, Jim Logan was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and told he could have as little as six months to two years to live. Instead of giving up on the life he loved, Jim kept moving forward. He continued training for triathlons, wrote his book Just Keep TRI-ING, and set his sights on competing in the IRONMAN World Championship in Kona.
This conversation is a reminder that we don't know how much time we have, but we do get to decide what we do with today.
