After taking a break from recording, I’m so excited to be back for a new season of Jesus Lovin’ and Animal Obsessed.

Life has been full lately. Between being eight months pregnant, raising a toddler, running two businesses, and working toward some big goals this year, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed.

But in the middle of this season, God has been teaching me something really important: slow down.

In this episode I share a passage from Matthew 6 that has been speaking to me deeply and reminding me that God already knows what we need.

We don’t have to carry the weight of tomorrow while we’re living today.

I’m also sharing three lessons God has been teaching me in this season:

• Simplifying your priorities
• Setting boundaries and letting go of people pleasing
• Working hard while trusting God with the outcome
