In this episode, we sit down with special guest Jeff Garrett to discuss the challenges of balancing life as professional athletes with family commitments. From missing key milestones like birthdays and holidays to navigating long stretches away from home, we share personal journeys of sacrifice and growth. We also reflect on preseason training, the excitement of upcoming games, and the importance of building strong bonds with teammates.
