After more than 20 years, Jancast remains the first and longest-running podcast dedicated to the Jan/San industry. Over the years, we had thousands of downloads from professionals around the world.

When we launched, Jancast was audio-only, but in January 2013 we made the leap to video—and we’ve been evolving ever since. Fun fact: in our very first year, we won the 2005 ISSA Innovation Award.

After my six-minute intro, for Jancast number one we got down to business with Mark and I actually talking about the ISSA trade show. From a technical standpoint, I apparently erased the real number two show, so we're calling this number two even though it's actually number three. Back then we recorded the shows on a digital recoding deck with microphones, no video, we got that around 2011. Even if you could do video there was no Youtube.
