Arizona State Sun Devils face critical questions as they prepare for DJ Lagway and the Baylor Bears. Can the defense, anchored by Jalen Thompson’s relentless quarterback pressures, exploit Lagway’s lingering high ankle sprain and capitalize on his limited mobility? Concerns mount over Ashton Stamps’ struggles in the secondary, while the defensive line and Brian Ward’s scheming become pivotal in containing Baylor’s attack. The episode tracks key matchups, defensive stats, and intriguing positional battles leading up to a game that could define ASU’s season trajectory.

On the basketball front, the conversation shifts to Randy Bennett’s strategic approach for Arizona State men’s basketball. With a front-loaded Big 12 schedule and a roster heavy with size but light at point guard, can Bennett’s methodical, defense-first philosophy turn the Sun Devils into road warriors? The show breaks down past road woes, roster construction, and how a new system might transform ASU’s prospects in March.
