Through house hacking his home in college, Jacob has graduated from the University of Oklahoma with no student loan debt and a big equity position in his first investment property. He's now renting the home and has great cash-flow as he begins his career in the Air Force where he will soon start pilot training.
This the is the second half of the podcast conversation and we're focusing on the numbers and the details of how he was able to purchase the home at a young age with little credit and low down payment.
