On the cocktail side of things, today Ben is drinking a Gin & Ginger Beer while Matthew is drinking a Monte Carlo. Recipes below.
Gin & Ginger Beer- 2-3 oz Gin
- 3-4 oz Ginger Beer
- Fill a highball with ice, add the gin and top with the ginger beer.
Monte Carlo
- 2 oz Rye Whiskey
- 1/2 oz Benedictine
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- Mix all ingredients with ice in a mixing glass until well-chilled. Serve up or on the rocks. Garnish with a cocktail cherry.
