Sixteen years ago, Lynn Coburn and her husband walked away from 25 years of corporate stability to buy a staffing franchise. They got the news that Lynn's dad had a heart attack minutes before signing the papers. They signed anyway.

Today they own two Express Employment Professionals territories in Michigan and lead a team of 14. Their daughter Jessica, a ninth grader when they took the leap, now runs operations.
