Is Hiring a Business Coach Really Worth the Money? How to Evaluate the ROI Before Investing (and NO I am not spending the entire episode convincing you to hire a business coach).
It’s a question I think more business owners should be asking before making a significant investment in their growth, OR delaying their growth because they’re afraid to invest in themselves or allow in support.
I’ve spent years working with entrepreneurs, helping them build profitable businesses, navigate challenging seasons, make strategic decisions, and pursue goals that once felt out of reach. I’ve also invested in business coaching, mentorship, and consulting myself across the past decade.
And here’s what I’ve come to believe: The value of business coaching isn’t just measured by how much money you make. It’s also measured by how much time you save, the decisions you make, the person you become, and the freedom you create.
I’ve seen folks build six- and seven-figure businesses. I’ve also seen clients discover that the business they worked so hard to build was no longer the dream they wanted to pursue.
Both can represent an extraordinary return on investment.
But not all business support is created equal, and hiring the wrong kind of support can leave you feeling frustrated, financially stretched, and no closer to where you want to be.
So let’s talk about how to determine whether hiring a business coach is worth it for you and what questions to ask yourself and THEM before you say YES.
