Grant & Tanner cover it all in this one — expectations for Drake Maye against a Raiders defense that's quietly been one of the best in football, the Dallas Cowboys getting shocked by UDFA rookie Jalon Daniels on Thursday Night Football with their defense looking embarrassing, and the Denver Broncos making a major change as Sean Payton takes back play-calling duties from Davis Webb after Bo Nix's regression.

DRAKE MAYE vs. THE RAIDERS

Coming off a strong performance against the Bills, Maye now faces a Raiders defense that has been one of the surprise stories of the early season. Grant & Tanner break down whether his momentum is real, what Las Vegas will try to take away, and who wins the game.

COWBOYS GET EMBARRASSED BY A UDFA ROOKIE ON TNF

Jalon Daniels — an undrafted free agent — just beat the Dallas Cowboys on national television. The defense was embarrassing. Grant & Tanner debate whether Dallas is still the NFC East team to beat — or whether Thursday night revealed something more concerning about where this roster actually is.

PAYTON TAKES BACK PLAY-CALLING IN DENVER

Sean Payton is done watching Davis Webb call plays for a regressing Bo Nix. Grant & Tanner break down why this was inevitable, whether Payton should have ever given up the duties in the first place, and what the realistic ceiling for Denver looks like with Payton back in control of the offense.

BOTTOM LINE: Three massive stories from around the NFL — a quarterback trying to prove his big game wasn't a fluke, a Cowboys team with real identity questions, and a Broncos shakeup that was only a matter of time.
