Is Barron Trump a time traveller? 😂 Probably not… but the story behind this conspiracy theory is genuinely bizarre. In the late 1800s, author Ingersoll Lockwood wrote books featuring a character called Baron Trump, including Baron Trump’s Marvellous Underground Journey. Add in some other strangely familiar names and details from Lockwood’s work, and the internet inevitably decided something suspicious was going on.Tonight on WhatKast we’re diving into the books, the claims, the coincidences and how the whole Barron Trump time-traveller conspiracy actually started.Obviously, we’re investigating this one for fun — we are not seriously claiming Barron Trump can travel through time. Although if he turns up in 1893, we reserve the right to reconsider.
