Tony Iommi spills the tea on a legendary Black Sabbath prank that spiraled into disaster—pouring alcohol on drummer Bill Ward during a Heaven and Hell recording session, igniting it like a bomb and causing third-degree burns. The chaos left producer Martin Birch in shock, and the duo never repeated the stunt. Now, Iommi’s back with his first solo album in 21 years, From the Dark, co-written with vocalist Jorn Lande and featuring a surprise guest from Queen: Brian May. This time, no pressure, just pure guitar-driven freedom.
