How do we make the shift from fear-based action, when our heroic figures are triggered in fear, to creative contribution? When our inner heroic figures feel safe we get access to their true gifts and contributions. And we instantly get access to our full creativity and our abilities to collaborate, connect and co-create. Through this shift, we open up for our true power - as leaders, teams and organisations.

There is a measurable shift going on in the world today. A shift in which we redefine our relation with, view of and use of power. The shift into a post heroic world view. We explore this shift, and our post-heroic view of power, and the effects of that on organisations.

Our heroic inner figures have their separate views on, and relation with power. Understanding this, and being aware of these dynamics in the moment will tell us a lot of what is going on inside us, and in the system we are a part of.

Since we all share these inner patterns, it is a door opening to a deeper understanding of self, human collaboration and human based systems.
