Have you ever met anyone with integrity? I mean real integrity. Have you ever met an honest person? I mean really honest. I never met anyone who told me that they were dishonest. Everyone thinks of themselves as being honest often telling others that they can trust them. The truth is you can't.

Scripture tells us that no one is good. A man once approached Jesus and told him He was good and Jesus deflected the compliment and said "No one is good, only the Father". Well there you have it: no one is good except God. The word "good" means that which is "right". No one is truly "good or right" except God Himself.

Being integrated between spirit, soul and body brings us into a unified position, in a word: whole. Most of us are out of whack to some degree. We often pose as being someone else that we think the world around us accepts, rather than being whom God our Father created us to be.

In the famous words of Cicero, which are inscribed in the motto of North Carolina "Esse Quam Videri" : To be rather than to seem. If you desire to be truly happy in life seek to be whom God created you to be, not a hypocrite. Draw close to the Father and experience His love for you for simply being whom He created you to be.
