For this week's edition of Inside the Nest, we sat down last month with Saint Joseph's associate head strength and conditioning coach Evan Regas to talk about his role as a key support staff member for a number of Hawk athletic teams. He talks about his approach to working with teams at different points of the year and the balance between the plan for a team compared to an individual before getting into his background as a former football student-athlete at Temple. He then shares how his career path led him to becoming a strength and conditioning coach and brought him to Hawk Hill before giving insight into both the positives and the challenges of his position and then answering some not-so-rapid-fire questions to close out the episode.
