  • EPISODE 5 | DID I SAY THAT?
    2026/10/07

Have you ever said something and immediately thought, “Did I really just say that?”

Sometimes the words that come out of our mouths reveal more than we intended. A careless comment, an unnecessary explanation, a moment of frustration, or even something shared in confidence can expose what is happening beneath the surface.

In this episode of INSIDE THE VAULT, we’re taking a closer look at the power of our words and the importance of knowing when to speak, when to pause, and when to keep something safely behind the vault door.

Not everything you know needs to be said. Not every feeling needs an audience. And not every conversation deserves access to the most vulnerable places within you.

There are moments when what we say can strengthen a relationship, and there are moments when our words can unintentionally create wounds, confusion, or access that was never meant to be given.

“Did I Say That?” challenges us to examine our communication, our boundaries, and the places where we may be speaking from emotion instead of wisdom.

What if maturity isn't always about having something to say? What if sometimes maturity is knowing what not to say, who not to say it to, and when to simply be quiet?

Inside the Vault, discernment isn't just about recognizing who should have access to you. It's also about recognizing what should have access to your mouth.

  • EPISODE 4 | WHEN YOUR HEART IS FULL
    2026/09/30

What happens when your heart is full, but everyone cannot handle what is inside it?

In this episode, we explore what it means to navigate life when you are carrying more than you can easily process. As leaders, we often pour into others while navigating our own moments of uncertainty, disappointment, pressure, and change.

But who can handle your humanity?

The conversations you have when life is topsy-turvy matter. Not everyone has the capacity to carry what you are carrying, and discernment becomes essential when deciding who gets to see beyond your strength, leadership, and the public version of you.

This episode invites you to consider who can handle your heart when it is full, who can steward your vulnerability, and who has earned the privilege of hearing what you may not share with everyone.

Because even when your heart is full, access still matters.

  • EPISODE 3 | SIGNS OF OUTER COURT BEHAVIOR
    2026/09/23

Not everyone who is connected to you is assigned to have the same level of access.

In this episode of Inside the Vault, we explore the signs of Outer Court behavior and what those behaviors may reveal about a person's capacity for relationship, trust, and access.

Sometimes the issue is not whether someone belongs in your life. The issue is understanding where they belong.

Outer Court behavior can show up in subtle ways. It may be seen in inconsistency, limited trust, surface-level connection, poor stewardship of information, unhealthy patterns, or an inability to handle deeper levels of access.

This conversation will challenge you to stop expecting Inner Court behavior from people who have only demonstrated the capacity for the Outer Court.

Discernment is not about labeling people as good or bad. It is about recognizing behavior, understanding capacity, and assigning access accordingly.

  • EP 2- LEVELS OF ACCESS
    2026/09/16

Not everyone should have the same level of access to your life.

In this episode of Inside the Vault, we take an honest look at access, boundaries, discernment, and the responsibility of protecting what is valuable. Just because someone is familiar with you does not automatically mean they are qualified to have unrestricted access to your heart, your purpose, your time, your relationships, or the spaces where you are still growing.

Every relationship has a level. The question is whether you have taken the time to discern where people truly belong.

We often give access based on history, emotions, titles, proximity, or the fear of disappointing others. But wisdom requires us to recognize that access should be earned, appropriate, and aligned with the role a person is meant to have in our lives.

This conversation challenges you to consider:

    • Who has access to you, and why?
    • Have you given people privileges they have not earned?
    • Are you confusing proximity with covenant?
    • What happens when someone has access beyond their assigned level?
    • Have you established boundaries that protect your purpose without building walls around your heart?

You do not have to make everyone an enemy to recognize that everyone cannot be given the same access.

Some people belong in the outer court. Some belong closer. And some relationships require you to lovingly adjust access when trust, alignment, and accountability are no longer present.

  • EP 1 - YOU ARE THE VAULT
    2026/09/09

In this episode, we explore a foundational truth that can change the way you see yourself, your relationships, and the access you allow others to have in your life: YOU ARE THE VAULT.

A vault exists to protect what is valuable. It is not open to everyone. Access is intentional. Security matters. What is placed inside is worth protecting.

So, what happens when you begin to understand that you are the vault?

Your heart, your peace, your purpose, your gifts, your experiences, and your future all carry value. Many of us have given people access simply because they were present, familiar, connected to us, or because we never learned to discern who should have access.

This episode challenges you to take a closer look at who has access to your life and why. Have you confused proximity with permission? Familiarity with trust? Connection with covenant?

Learning to protect what is valuable does not mean building walls around your life or becoming closed off to relationships. It means developing the wisdom to understand that not everyone belongs in every space.

You do not have to apologize for protecting your peace. You do not have to feel guilty for establishing boundaries. And you do not have to give unrestricted access to the most valuable parts of who you are.

Before you can protect the vault, you must first recognize that YOU ARE THE VAULT.

Join the conversation as we begin the journey of understanding value, access, discernment, and the power of protecting what has been entrusted to you.
