  • Season 2, Episode 7; CONSPIRACY THEORIES & POWER
    2026/09/06
    Hey my lilies 🌺
Welcome back to Ink & Impact: Perspective Is Everything.
This week, we’re stepping into a conversation that has fascinated, divided, and sometimes terrified people for generations…
    Conspiracy Theories & Power. 👁️
    Political conspiracies.
    Historical conspiracies.
    Spiritual conspiracies.
    Scientific theories.
    Hidden agendas.
The stories we question… and the stories we’re told to believe.
But this episode isn’t about deciding whether every conspiracy theory is true or false.
    It’s about looking deeper.
    Who has the power?
    Who controls the narrative?
    Who benefits?
And how much of what we believe is shaped by the perspective we’re given?
Because questioning everything doesn’t mean believing everything.
Sometimes the most powerful thing you can say is:
    “I don’t know yet.”
In this episode, we’re exploring the space between curiosity and confirmation, skepticism and belief, fear and truth—and the role power plays in the stories we accept.
So before you decide what you believe…
    Ask another question.

  • Season 2, Episode 6: Altering the past; The Butterfly Effect
    2026/09/05
    Hey my Lilies 🌺
We’re back with another episode of Ink&Impact: Perspective Is Everything, and this one is taking us somewhere a little different… 🦋
What if you could go back and change one decision?
    One moment.
    One conversation.
    One relationship.
    One mistake.
    Would you?
This week, we’re talking about The Butterfly Effect and the idea that one decision can create a ripple that changes EVERYTHING.
But here’s where I want to take the conversation…
What happens when having the ability to change something starts to feel like playing God?
And who gets to decide what “better” actually looks like?
We’ve already explored the idea of changing history through 11.22.63. This time, we’re bringing that same question closer to home.
What if the history you want to rewrite is your own?
Because sometimes we spend so much time wishing we could change what happened that we forget something incredibly important:
    The decision is permanent.
    The perspective isn’t.
You can’t go back and become the person you were before you knew what you know now.
But you CAN decide what you do with what happened.
So grab your headphones, my Lilies, because we’re getting into choices, consequences, regret, control, identity, and the power of perspective.
And when you finish listening, I want you to ask yourself one question:
What am I going to change NOW? 🌺

🦋 The Butterfly Effect: Rewriting Perspective
Because sometimes the real butterfly effect isn’t going back…
…it’s deciding to move forward differently.

  • Season 2, Episode 5; The Death of Your Old Self
    2026/08/30
Absolutely. For the actual podcast platform description, I’d make it more evergreen and searchable than the Instagram caption, while still keeping your reflective Ink & Impact voice.
    🎙️ Season 2, Episode 5 —
The Death of Your Old Self
What happens when the person you became to survive is no longer the person you need to be to grow?
In this episode of Ink & Impact, Jasmine explores the evolution of perspective and the powerful relationship between experience, growth, and identity.
As humans, we are constantly learning from what happens to us. Every relationship, disappointment, success, failure, loss, and unexpected moment can change the way we see ourselves and the world around us. But sometimes, the lessons we learn can become beliefs that quietly shape—and limit—who we become.
What happens when a lesson becomes an identity?
What happens when protection becomes isolation?
When independence becomes an inability to receive?
When failure becomes a belief that you’re incapable?
When an old version of you continues trying to lead a life you’ve already outgrown?
This episode explores what it really means to evolve.
    We’ll talk about:
    How experience shapes perspective
The difference between what happened to you and the meaning you gave it
    When lessons become limitations
Why we sometimes mistake survival mechanisms for personality
    The discomfort of outgrowing yourself
Why growth can feel like grief
Letting go without rejecting who you once were
Choosing who you want to become
Because growth isn’t always about becoming someone completely different.
Sometimes, it’s about understanding why you became who you are—and deciding what deserves to come with you into your next chapter.
Your old self had a purpose.
But that doesn’t mean they have to have the final say.
This isn’t the end of you.
It’s the beginning of something new.

  • Season 2, Episode 4; Idols vs. Humans
    2026/08/23
    Ink & Impact — Season 2, Episode:
    Idols vs. Humans
    Hey my Lilies 🌺
We spend so much time learning the names, stories, careers, successes, and legacies of the people we admire… but how often do we stop and ask ourselves: Do we know our own story just as well?
In this episode of Ink & Impact, we’re looking at the difference between admiration and idolization—and what happens when someone else’s greatness starts making us question our own.
From Michael Jackson and Prince to the everyday people who inspire us, we’ll talk about seeing the human behind the name, comparing our journey to someone else’s, and recognizing that the things we admire in others may actually reveal something we’re meant to develop within ourselves.
Because maybe their greatness isn’t proof that you can’t.
Maybe it’s proof that you can.
And maybe the person you’re admiring isn’t the destination…
    Maybe they’re the mirror.

  • Season 2, Episode 3; Guilty by Association
    2026/08/22
    🌺 Ink & Impact — Season 2, Episode 3
    Guilty by Association
    Hey, my lilies 🌺
    This episode is different.
For the first time this season, I’m opening the door a little wider and letting you into a more personal part of my journey.
Guilty by Association is a reflection on relationships, loss, isolation, spirituality, and the lessons I had to learn through the people I allowed into my life.
I’m talking about what narcissism taught me about my own genuineness, what manipulation taught me about accountability, and what lust taught me about attraction, temptation, and the difference between chemistry and compatibility.
But underneath all of those experiences was something deeper:
    my relationship with God.
There was a time when I had more questions than answers. I was in my why season—trying to understand why certain things happened, why I stayed, and how I was supposed to find myself again after losing so much.
Looking back, I don’t see every relationship as a loss anymore.
    I see lessons.
    I see growth.
And most importantly, I see the peace I gained every time I finally learned how to let go.
This isn’t an episode about blaming anyone.
    It’s about reflection.
    It’s about asking yourself:
    What am I choosing?
    What am I ignoring?
    What am I allowing?
    What am I attracting?
    And who am I becoming?
Because sometimes the greatest revelation isn’t understanding what someone did to you…
It’s understanding what the experience revealed about you.
🌺 Your journey is your testimony.
Ink & Impact — Season 2, Episode 3: Guilty by Association.
And because this is our Double Feature Weekend, don’t forget to come back tomorrow for a completely different conversation.
    Two episodes.
    Two perspectives.
    One weekend.
Protect your peace. Trust what you’ve learned. And don’t be afraid to let go.

  • Season 2:Episode 2; The Soundtrack 🎧
    2026/08/16
    Hey my lilies 🌺
What if the soundtrack of your life has been telling a story you didn’t understand until you changed?
In Episode 2 of Season 2 of Ink & Impact, we’re stepping into The Soundtrack 🎧 — a conversation about music, memories, nostalgia, perspective, and the way certain songs can carry us when words fail.
We’ll talk about the songs that take us back, the lyrics that hit differently depending on the season we’re in, and how sometimes the song doesn’t change… we do.
    But music isn’t just personal.
It has a way of bringing the world together. 🌎
You don’t have to speak the same language to feel a rhythm. You don’t have to understand every lyric to recognize a melody. Music crosses cultures, borders, generations, and experiences—and somehow, it can make strangers move together as if they’ve always known the same song.
And maybe that’s another lesson in perspective.
We’ll talk about knowing when to move, when to pause, when to listen, when to harmonize, and when it’s finally time to sing your note.
    Because life has rhythm.
And sometimes God speaks through the sound…
    and sometimes through the silence.
    🎧 The Soundtrack
Season 2, Episode 2 — Perspective Is Everything
Now I want to hear from you 🌺
Drop a comment and tell me: what song instantly takes you back to a specific moment in your life—and why does it still hit you that way?
And if this made you think of someone or a memory, share this episode with them so they can feel it too 🎶
Let’s turn this into a conversation, not just a post.

  • Season 2: Episode 1; The Pause Is Still Purpose
    2026/08/09
    Hey my Lilies 🌺
Welcome back to Ink & Impact. After 35 episodes, I took a pause. Not because I stopped caring, not because the vision disappeared, but because I needed to slow down and give myself permission to simply be still.
In Episode 1, “The Pause Is Still Purpose,” we’re talking about what happens when life feels quiet, when everyone around you seems to be moving forward, and you find yourself needing to step back instead of push harder.
Is being still the same thing as being stuck?
Does rest mean we’ve stopped pursuing purpose?
And what if God is doing some of His deepest work in the moments when we aren’t doing anything at all?
This episode is a personal reflection on rest, obedience, observation, faith, and learning to recognize the difference between being stuck and being still.
Sometimes the world may misunderstand your silence. Sometimes your pause may look like laziness to someone who doesn’t understand what God is doing in you.
But you don’t always have to explain your season.
Some of His loudest work happens in silence.
So if you’re currently in a season where you’re waiting, reflecting, rebuilding, or simply trying to hear God more clearly, pull up a seat and sit with me for a while.
    This is Ink & Impact.
    Season 2 starts here. 🌱

  • Episode 34:Christmas Special +New Year Reflection
    2025/12/26
    Hey my lilies 🌺,
As Christmas fades and the year begins to close, we find ourselves in the in-between—not quite finished with what was, and not fully stepped into what’s next. In this episode, we pause. We reflect honestly on the wins, the mistakes, the moments we barely survived, and the grace that carried us through anyway.

This isn’t about perfection or New Year pressure. It’s about gratitude. It’s about acknowledging the God who protected us when we weren’t paying attention, redirected us when we were rushing, and stayed when we didn’t always listen.

Episode 34 is a reminder that the new year doesn’t come alone. The same God who held us through this year walks with us into the next—shaping our plans, slowing our pace, and calling us toward growth that feels like obedience, not exhaustion.

As we close this chapter, we don’t say goodbye. We say thank you—for what we learned, what we survived, and who we’re becoming.

Let’s walk into the new year together, with Jesus at the center and grace leading the way.
