Welcome to the show.

Raw, unscripted, and uncut—*Independently Screwed* channels the clandestine rebel radios of the Caribbean and South America. No filters, no effects. Just the gritty truth from the jungle—and we burn both parties equally. No sides, no saviors. A peaceful revolution against the political machine, broadcast in every unpolished word.

This is Independently Screwed.

I'm Nelson N Alers. Born in Puerto Rico. Veteran. Hotshot driver. US Presidential candidate 2028. And the guy who's finally going to say what everyone else is too afraid to say—because they're too busy taking checks from billionaires.

What we do here:

  • Burn both parties. Equally. With sarcasm and facts.

  • Call out the lies. The Left's. The Right's. All of them.

  • Tell you the truth—even if it hurts. Especially if it hurts.

  • Make you laugh. Because if you don't laugh, you'll scream.

What we DON'T do:

  • Take PAC money. (No thanks.)

  • Take billionaire cash. (Keep it.)

  • Ask for your dollar donation. (Spend it on groceries.)

What we DO ask:

  • Hit that like.

  • Hit that follow.

  • Share this with anyone who actually cares what's going on.

That's it. Your attention. Your voice. Your share. That's how we win.

Please contact me at independentlyscrewed@gmail.com. Include the first name and state so we can share with everyone during the mail call episode. keep it to no more that 5 sentence for easy reply and read it to the listeners. Share anything that is in your mind. I welcome everything.

But that just means you're awake.

Episodes drop weekly.

Just don't listen while driving your vehicle—unless you want to explain to the highway patrol why you were laughing so hard you swerved.

I'm Nelson N Alers. I don't owe anyone a favor. And I'm not afraid to call B.S. on everyone.

Subscribe now. Before they sell your vote. Again.

No billionaires. No PACs. No B.S.

  • "We Paid 20%, They Paid 6% – And I'm Pissed"
    2026/09/21

No music. No sound effects. No bullshit.

This is just me, Nelson N. Alers, talking to you like we're sitting in my F250 at a truck stop, killing time before the next load. I'm an independent candidate for President of the United States. Yeah, I know. Crazy, right? But hear me out.

I was born in Aguada, Puerto Rico—small town, big heart. Dad was a police detective. Mom was a psychologist and social worker. I joined the Army at 17. Did my time. Nothing fancy. I'm not gonna polish my service record to sound like Rambo just to get clicks. I served. You served. We served. That's enough.

After that, I studied Psychology and Philosophy at Inter American University. Read history. Read mythology. Read Washington's Farewell Address—and that's where it clicked. That old man warned us. He said parties would tear this country apart. And we ignored him. Now we're paying the price.

I drive a hotshot rig now—gooseneck trailer, cargo that can't wait. I've seen the back roads, the small towns, the forgotten corners of this country. Met the most beautiful, gritty, real people you could imagine. And you know what? We all want the same damn thing: a government that works for us, not for their billionaire buddies or foreign bank accounts.

I was Republican. Then I was Democrat. Then I realized they're both playing the same game. They don't want unity—they want division, because divided people don't fight back. Meanwhile, you and I pay 20% in taxes, and billionaires pay 6%. Six. Percent.

This isn't a donation pitch. I'm broke as fuck, remember? This is a conversation. A call to a peaceful revolution—not with guns, but with ballots, with voices, with refusing to play their game anymore.

If you're tired of being screwed by both sides, if you love this country enough to save it from the empires of red and blue, then listen. Share this. Follow this. Tell your friends. Tell your enemies. Tell your dog.

Because the future the Founders dreamed of? It's still possible. But not if we keep feeding the machine.

This is just a conversation between me—Nelson N. Alers—and you. Independent candidate for President. Born in Aguada, Puerto Rico. Army veteran. Psychology and Philosophy grad. Hotshot truck driver. And a guy who's finally had enough.

If you want polished, go listen to the other 47,000 political podcasts. If you want real, stick around.

Join me. Or don't. But at least think about it.

  • The China Smokescreen: Why Both Parties Are Lying to You
    2026/09/14

In this no-music, no-fluff episode, independent presidential candidate Nelson N. Alers sits down—just him, a microphone, and you—to cut through the bipartisan bullshit about China.

Both parties want you terrified. Both parties want you hateful. But why? Nelson's been to China. He's seen the bullet trains, the modern cities, the low crime, the advanced electric vehicles, and the small-business support that puts America to shame. Meanwhile, the U.S. spends more on defense than the next ten nations combined—while our homeless are criminalized, our healthcare is a luxury, and our working families are squeezed dry.

This isn't about espionage. It's about distraction. Big corporations don't want you to know that China evolved from its past mistakes and built a future without depending on military might. They don't want you asking why we can't do the same.

No donation requests. No gimmicks. Just a sarcastic, smart, and brutally honest conversation about why we're being played—and what we can do about it.

If this message hits home, do one thing: like, share, and follow Independently Screwed. That's it. That's the ask.

Because the truth doesn't need a soundtrack—it just needs to be heard.

  • Old Farts, Broken Carts: How Uncle Sam Pickpocketed Your Retirement
    2026/09/07

No jingles, no drama—just a cold, hard look at why your golden years look more like tarnished tin. Host Nelson N. Alers—independent presidential candidate, card-maxed, and patience-minimal—walks you through the bipartisan heist of Social Security. They borrowed your future to balance their spreadsheets, and now they want to call it “entitlement reform.” Spoiler: it’s not reform, it’s repossession. We’ll talk military budgets that could fund Mars colonies, billionaires who pay less tax than a vending machine, and why the real “national debt” is the one we owe to our own seniors. No pacifiers, no party lines—just a conversation that might make you mad enough to vote like your life depends on it. Because it does.
