Welcome To the Table. This week, I am so honored to have one of my dear friends and former college roommates, Sara Tate Boyd, join me. Sara shares about navigating a season of tremendous loss, sharing the reality of her grief and the steadfast faithfulness of the Lord in it.
When we are in the trenches, it is so easy to isolate ourselves. But Sara encourages us to stay tethered to God's Word, persist in prayer, and allow community to carry you. We never truly know when we will need others to lift us up, and her story is a reminder to lean heavily into the people God has intentionally placed around you.
Whether you are walking through your own season of heavy loss or supporting someone who is, I pray this conversation brings you comfort and hope. Pull up a chair, and let's dive in!
