In today's episode, we have with us Abigail Kellogg, a counselling psychologist and an ardent advocate of trauma and abuse survivors' mental health. In this episode we had a raw conversation (trigger warning before listening to this conversation for we have spoken about multiple sensitive topics) and spoke about trauma that professionals go through as a result of their profession, state of mental health care in our country, the healing journey after sexual abuse, impact of AI on mental health, how our lifestyles have changed over the years, and a lot more. This is the first section of a much longer conversation, of which more episodes shall be coming up soon.
