Independent Country Artist & Songwriter, Sheyna Gee joins the pod to share the release of her latest single, "Seventeen," along with the story of how she arrived in Nashville and her decade long journey here. Somehow this was the first time we met! Loved hanging with her and learning about her LA upbringing, recording process and social media tips (she is a pro)! As songwriters and single gals in Nashville, we obviously had to also talk about dating in our 30s. Sheyna has gained an incredible social media following and has stayed true to her artistic vision, fully producing and writing her own songs. I left feeling inspired by her and hope you do too. I met my friend Jess Ivy Hunt waiting tables in New York City. It was a brief stint in NY (one I refer to as my Nashville sabbatical) but I made a lifelong friend.
