  • #60 - From Finding to Flow: Why I'm Renaming My Podcast
    2026/06/13

    In this episode, I talk about why I created this podcast, some of the fears I had in doing so - about being vulnerable and sharing my real thoughts, and how overcoming the fear helped me gain more courage to be me. The doubts still come and go, and I suppose that is part of the process.

    I also share the ultimate theme that runs through all of these different episodes, and why my intro always starts the same way, and why I end with that same ending each time. And ultimately, I share what I have discovered about myself from feeling like this personal journey was about "finding" the answers I was looking for, to discovering that those answers are inside... when you start "allowing" yourself to just be... allowing life to flow, without trying to control it.

    This led me to a decision to change the name of this podcast. So this is the final episode under this name, but.. the podcast will not change... just the name. Change is a good thing.

  • #59 - The Invisible Truth
    2026/06/07

    This one is a little different from my usual.... the title may, or may not, reveal its content.

    I recorded this while thinking about life in the wee hours of the morning, and how sometimes we can fall back into the old patterns of the past... that create emotions we don't want to feel.

    Emotions are not always truth.... they often come from the stories we tell ourselves. While my hope is that we can all begin to know our true selves more, love ourselves, make peace with the past, and live in the present (and look forward to the future and the unknown possibilities that exist for us), I offer this short personal message for anyone who has slipped into a feeling of being unseen... feeling misunderstood or unnoticed for who you really are.

    I offer it because I want each of us to know,.... we are seen. And know that deep within, you have the ability to see yourself, love yourself and understand the beauty within.

  • #56 Living in Intensity? It might be time for a breather!
    2026/03/05

    Are you the kind of person who often finds yourself doing everything with intensity? Maybe you describe it as something you’re passionate about, or you’re simply trying to prove yourself, or you just approach everything with such a level of drive that you can get caught up in it completely unaware of how close you are to it?

    In this episode, I reflect on how all of us may find ourselves caught up in the intensity of something without even being aware of it, from time to time. Sometimes we don’t even notice it because we’re too close to it. I share my reflections on how sometimes that intensity becomes noise - and we really need to take a break from it. With a proper breather, we can gain perspective and return either refreshed, or realize that we were on the wrong path.

    This episode offers you a few short moments to reflect on your own life, and maybe to think about whether it might be time for you to take a breather. I hope you enjoy it.

    I invite you to begin your day with this uplifting 15 minute meditation - first thing in the morning - go ahead, maybe try it every day for a week and let me know how you felt - how your week went!

    This meditation helps you start your day with positivity - opening you up to see things differently, and to experience the day with a little more connection to yourself.

    Inhaling the potential that exists within you and beyond; and exhaling the old, the patterned, the programmed.

    In those quiet moments just after waking, when your mind is more open and less guarded, you can access your true essence - YOU as you really are. Guiding you through breath and self-awareness, this meditation brings you to a place of presence, connecting with yourself in your honesty and your being, and reminds you that all the potential is here for you.

    It’s a reminder that you are already part of something bigger, and that you don’t need to do this day perfectly. You just need to be here for it. Approach the day with a new sense of your presence, self acceptance, and a deeper knowing that you are enough just as you are.
