In 1944, Noah Sweeting and Pendleton Oscars work to create a series of propaganda radio programs for the Office of War Information, careful to appease both corporate masters and government officials. Elsewhere, Frank Bergeron, a steel tycoon with a murky history, is gaining traction in his bid to become governor of Illinois when a ghost from his past resurfaces with a campaign of his own. As all four men seek to manipulate public sentiment, their disparate threads collide with thrilling— and deadly— results.

Set in the summer of 1944, this five-part audio drama follows a pair of radio producers as they work to create propaganda programs for the Office of War Information. But when their research uncovers horrifying allegations about a rising politician, they find themselves in a dangerous game of cat-and-mouse, and the men are forced to choose between a life of silence and an honest death.

Inspired by both literary dramas and historical thrillers, Imprimatur is a radio drama immersed in the world of radio drama, an exploration of the stories we tell ourselves and tell the world.
