Imposter syndrome is not the thing you need to conquer. It is not the giant standing between you and your power era. In this episode, I am sharing a reframe that came through in a client session this week, and it might change how you think about every quiet, uncertain year you have already lived through.

I am walking through why imposter syndrome is often evidence of a nervous system that has been asked to prove itself for a lifetime, not evidence that you are unqualified.
