In this solo episode of I’m Just a Girl, we’re diving into the world of Lucky Girl Syndrome, manifestation and the idea that maybe luck isn’t something you find, but something you create.

We get into the psychology behind being lucky, exploring the Law of Attraction, the Law of Assumption and the Principle of Evidence, and how our beliefs, mindset and expectations can shape the opportunities we notice and the choices we make. But is there actually any science behind it, or are we all just being a little bit delusional?

I’m also sharing 7 practical ways to create more luck in your own life, from building self-belief and putting yourself in the right places to embracing failure, staying curious and taking action towards the life you want.

From manifestation and positive thinking to trusting yourself, stepping outside your comfort zone and learning to expect good things, this episode is about taking a little more control over your own life.

Because maybe being a lucky girl isn't about waiting for the universe to hand you everything you've ever wanted. Maybe it's about believing good things are possible and giving yourself every chance to find them.
