I'm Just a Girl is the podcast for anyone who's ever thought, what the fck am I doing?

Your late twenties and early thirties can feel like life's biggest plot twist. One minute you're planning girls' holidays, the next you're being told it's time to buy a house, climb the career ladder, settle down and somehow have everything figured out.

Hosted by Izzy, this is a space for the conversations we're all craving but rarely having. Expect honest chats about life, confidence, friendships, careers, relationships, mindset and everything in between, plus guests who can help make sense of it all, from women a few steps ahead of you to experts breaking down the things nobody teaches us.

Because none of us really know what we're doing... we're just figuring it out together.

  • I CAN’T PICK A LIFE | Friendship, Protecting Your Energy & Romanticising Everything
    2026/08/28

This week, we’re talking about the weird identity crisis that is your 20s.

Friendships changing, protecting your energy, realising how much the people around you affect the way you feel… and the slightly overwhelming feeling that there are about 700 different lives you could live.

Because how are you supposed to “choose a life” when one minute you want to move abroad, the next you want to settle down, then you see someone living in a cottage in the countryside and suddenly that’s your calling?

We get into over-romanticising other people’s lives, the fear that choosing one path means losing all the others, and why sometimes the best indicator of whether someone belongs in your life is simply how you feel after spending time with them.

Basically: friendship, identity, the paradox of choice and trying to work out what you actually want underneath all the noise.

Just a girl trying to pick a life without romanticising another one five minutes later. x

  • The Power Of Authenticity and Building a Cult-Like Community ft. 108 Studio Founder Bailey
    2026/08/21

In this episode of I’m Just a Girl, I’m joined by Bailey, founder of 108 Studio, to talk about what happens when you stop trying to appeal to everyone and start showing up as yourself.

We get into how Bailey built 108 into a community with an almost cult-like following, why authenticity has played such a huge part in its success, and what creating a brand that people genuinely want to belong to has taught her about connection. But this conversation goes way beyond business.

We talk about making friends as an adult, finding your people, putting yourself out there when it feels uncomfortable, and why the more confidently you become yourself, the easier it becomes for the right people to find you.

From building communities to navigating friendships, embracing the cringe and learning to care a little less about what everyone else thinks, this is a conversation about having the confidence to take up space as exactly who you are.

Because maybe finding your people starts with letting them actually see you.

  • Nothing Good Comes Without Sacrifice + The Reality Of Moving Home From Australia
    2026/08/11

Sometimes getting the life you want means giving something else up first.

In this episode, I’m catching you up on life lately, from my trip to Lisbon, to my thoughts on turning 29, to reflecting on moving home from Australia and one of the biggest things I’ve realised since: nothing good comes without a little sacrifice.

And I know “sacrifice” sounds very dramatic, but sometimes it’s as simple as saying no to one thing so you can say yes to something you want more.

We’re talking about moving home, travelling, money, relationships, big life decisions and those weird moments in your 20s where you realise you probably can’t have everything, all at once.

Because maybe getting what you want isn’t about manifesting harder or waiting for everything to perfectly fall into place, maybe it’s about deciding what matters enough to make the trade-off for.
