When you begin to notice problems around you and identify what can be used to solve it. Just maybe you were created to be the solution and active participant to the chnage you wnat to see. Sometimes you don't to choose the route it will take to get you there, but you get to see the changes that take place in the process. Joseph had vision of what his future would hold, but didn't know the route that woiuld be used. But even through the jealousy, the mocking, the betrayal he got to see how God kept being with Him and giving Him the grace to move through what He was enduring.

God is not simply trying to get you through the season. He is maturing you through the season so you can steward the purpose attached to your life.
