Socrates from Ancient Athens saw meditation as a total absorption in an idea or internal dialogue, free from worldly distractions. Epictetus, Seneca, and Marcus Aurelius from Ancient Rome practiced daily mental preparation and mindful attention. Both Athens and Rome created their own golden ages then their good fortune came to an end.
In the previous episode, I mentioned that rulers from our past created a golden age of golden ages across Asia. It also came to an end.
The Renaissance started another golden age that produced some of the greatest minds in history. Is this golden age in decline, has it passed or is it stronger than ever?
In this episode, we'll learn what causes golden ages to crumble or never see the light of day. With this wisdom, we'll unshackle human potential and enable the elite to bring about a global golden age that lasts to the end of time.

This will take time but there is order here, very faint, very human.
