Mitzvahs are not good deeds, they are channels through which we can receive divine light, clarity, wisdom and the joy and well being we crave. This talk explores the enormous power, joy and miracle of offering blessings. We look at the many occassions for blessings, why we do them and the effect they have upon others and ourselves. Blessings are also a mindfulness practice, which allow us to awaken to all the gifts we are receiving, offer thanks and give back to all, right on the spot.
