Government is broken, always has been and always will be, but we can make some changes to curb the downward direction. Part of the problem is crooked career politicians in it for the wealth. This is my utopian list of things we should institute to weed out the greed and life-timers, which would dramatically change government. Inspired by an article on Senator Susan Collins of Maine.
