Alex is flying solo on this one. Sort of. He does have a guest host. Or shall we call her contestant. Julie has agreed to try out some of Alex's games that he devises for this show. The book they are covering, A Court of Mist and Fury by Sarah J. Maas. See what rewards Alex has on offer this time. Find out if Julie is able to correctly answer enough of the rounds to win a prize.

Next month, Joe has picked a behemoth of a book to try and get through. By far, the longest of the season. Maybe. He has picked The Terror by Dan Simmons. It is the book that got Joe into polar exploration stories. And there is even an abdominal snowman for our heroes to contend with in this historical fiction horror novel. So be sure to get an early start on it, as it is a long one.

Just as a reminder, we post twice monthly. On the 5th we post our book of the month. And on the 20th we will provide you lovely listeners with a bonus episode. Please make sure to subscribe so that you never miss an episode. And please be active listeners and comment and rate on how you think we are doing. All the details below.

Please help us grow this podcast. The more listeners we get the more we can do. While Alex and Joe love talking books it is nice to know we aren't the only two out there blathering into the universe.
