Hear Me, See Me Podcast with Steve Kerridge. Master martial artist and Bruce Lee authority.

This episode's guest is another amazing human being, Steve Kerridge. I’ve been friends with Steve for over 40 years, and he is genuinely one of life’s exceptional people. He has devoted his life to martial arts while giving so much back to his local community.

Through the Essex Kickboxing Academy, Steve has created somewhere young people—particularly those who may be less privileged—can feel a real sense of belonging. It teaches them discipline, strong principles and values that can stay with them throughout their lives. Steve has been doing this work for many years, yet he remains incredibly humble. I don’t think he fully realises just how important he is to the community or how many lives he has influenced.

Steve is also a highly respected authority on the life and legacy of Bruce Lee. He has written numerous books, has the full support of the Bruce Lee Foundation for his work, and is undoubtedly the person to go to for anything Bruce Lee.

It was an absolute pleasure to sit down with my old friend and share his remarkable story.
