Who am I when I strip away all the titles and roles I’ve collected over the years?
In this first episode of Figuring Out 50, I’m going back to where it all began, from the 18-year-old me growing up in Luton, to moving to London, building a life, relationships, friendships and everything that happened along the way.
I’m talking about what I’ve learned, the things that didn’t quite go to plan, how I feel about where I am today, and what I’m ready to leave behind as I approach 50.
I’ll also share why I decided to start this podcast and why, at this stage of my life, I’m asking myself a new question: what do I want the next chapter to look like?
I’m not starting this podcast because I’ve figured life out. I’m starting it because I haven’t.
