The Frequency of Everything PodcastEpisode: Life at the Edge of the Matrix & The Soul Matrix TrapHosts: Dr. Jo & Kelly HindsonEpisode Description:This week, Dr. Jo and Kelly dive deep into the soul matrix trap — the idea that we're caught in a looping cycle that harvests part of our soul, and the provocative question of whether "going to the light" is truly what we think it is. Kelly shares her journey of stepping away from the mainstream spiritual community and its groupthink practices, instead finding answers through inner stillness and a direct connection with nature.Topics include:The Soul Matrix Trap — What it means, why Kelly began questioning the narrative around "going to the light," and how her near-death experience gave her a felt sense of expanded consciousness that became her compass for discernment. The Voynich Manuscript & Moon Rituals — A frank look at the growing trend of women using menstrual blood in moon rituals inspired by the untranslated Voynich manuscript. Kelly and Jo discuss the difference between genuine empowerment and blindly jumping on a bandwagon, and raise questions about the moon as an energy harvesting portal rather than a benevolent force. The Power of Women & the Womb — A conversation about women's unique connection to source through the womb, how religion has inverted the truth about creation (all fetuses are female until 6–9 weeks), and how menopause may be an environmental, not biological, phenomenon — one that redirects creative power inward.Connecting to Nature Through Experimentation — Jo's hair-bobble experiment: wrapping copper wire around a hair tie, connecting it to an olive tree, and measuring the voltage. A call to action for listeners to run their own experiments, trust their intuition, and not be shut down by experts or groupthink.Discernment & True Confidence — How to spot false spiritual guides (the "follow me" red flag), why confidence comes through doing and knowing — not believing — and the importance of keeping your early insights to yourself while you build self-trust.Key Takeaway:Everything you need is within you. Stop outsourcing your knowing to guides, manuscripts, and experts. Get into nature, get still, and start experimenting. True confidence is born from true knowing — not from what you've been told, but from what you've experienced for yourself.Links & Mentions:Margate Shell Grotto, KentThe Voynich ManuscriptParthenogenesisFilms referenced: The Matrix, AvatarKelly's recent podcast appearances: Jeff Mana Podcast, Pink Tourmaline PodcastLevel One & Level Two courses (energy sensitivity & discernment training)Trigger Warning: This episode challenges commonly held spiritual belief systems around angels, guides, moon rituals, and the afterlife.
