Havva explains that kinesiology is a holistic therapy that focuses on balancing three main aspects of the body: the chemical, the physical, and the mental/emotional states.

• Chemical: Focuses on what you put into your body, such as fresh air, good food, supportive supplements, and minimizing pollutants.
• Physical: Focuses on the structural body, ensuring you get good sleep, regular exercise, and avoid physical strain.
• Mental/Emotional: Focuses on clearing the mind, honoring a higher power, and maintaining freedom from anxiety and fear.

When life inevitably throws these elements out of balance, kinesiology helps support the body back into harmony.

The cornerstone of kinesiology is muscle testing. Havva explains that this is how the body physically talks to the practitioner. During a session, a client is asked to push an arm or leg in a specific direction while the practitioner provides gentle resistance. If there is an underlying issue or imbalance related to the specific organ meridian tied to that muscle, the muscle will physically test weak—even if the client is incredibly strong!

From there, Havva acts as a detective. If the kidney meridian tests weak, for instance, she can test different herbs, supplements, or Bach flower remedies against the body. If the right remedy is introduced to the body's energy field, the previously weak muscle will instantly test strong!

Once the root of the imbalance and the proper supportive remedies are identified, Havva performs what is known as a "fix." While the client remains fully clothed on the table, Havva uses massage to stimulate lymphatic points, hold neurovascular points, and stroke the affected meridians to unblock stagnant energy. Clients often leave the table feeling instantly lighter and incredibly relaxed!
