Sometimes what comes up in our parenting isn't only about our children. It touches the little version of us who was told, "You're too sensitive," "You ask too many questions," "Tone it down." We learned to hold it all in. Now that energy is bubbling up again as we raise these amazing, and sometimes really hard, kids in a world that isn't always so forgiving.

Together, we'll ground in with our grounding tube and roses. We'll give the little you a voice, find where resistance is living in your body, and release it. Then we'll take a healing drive past everyone who's been in your life, call your energy back, and fill up with love, compassion, and self-love.

This isn't about being a perfect parent or pretending this journey isn't hard. It's about healing what's coming up in you so you don't carry it forward, because when you heal, your kids feel it.
