If following Jesus is the right path, why does it sometimes make life harder?
Faithfulness can cost us approval, comfort, opportunities, or relationships. When that happens, it is easy to wonder whether we have taken a wrong turn. But Jesus never hid the cost of discipleship.
In this episode of Walking with Conviction in an Anxious Age, Pastor Chris Miller explores Luke 14:25–33 and Jesus’ invitation to count the cost. What did Jesus mean by putting Him before family, carrying our cross, and surrendering all we have?
