You don’t need somebody else’s blueprint. You need the right Blueprint for you, your Solution, and what you’re actually trying to build.
In Episode 4 of The Inspired Solution's Podcast, we complete the foundational process:
The Leader → The Solution → The Blueprint
Once you know who you are as the Leader and what problem your Inspired Solution is designed to solve, there’s still one critical question:
How should YOU build it?
This is where it’s easy to get distracted by everything the Creator Economy tells us we “need” — YouTube, podcasts, funnels, webinars, courses, communities, email lists, AI, personal brands, teams and automation.
Those can all be valuable.
But they’re tools. They aren’t your Blueprint.
In this episode, we explore:
• Why copying someone else’s successful blueprint can lead you in the wrong direction
• The difference between transferable principles and someone else’s architecture
• Why you need to define what “success” actually means for you before you build
• How to design around your strengths, capacity, experience and desired life
• Why experienced leaders should build from the relationships, reputation, skills and intellectual property they already have
• How your content fits into a larger business ecosystem
• Why content should reveal the business — not become the business
• How to build, test, learn and pivot without treating every adjustment as failure
• The questions to ask when designing your own Creator’s Blueprint
• How to pressure-test — and PROTECT — the Blueprint before you scale it
One of the most important principles in this episode is:
Principles transfer. Blueprints don’t always transfer.
Your Creator’s Blueprint comes third for a reason.
The Leader informs the Solution.
The Leader + Solution inform the Blueprint.
And through every stage, we PROTECT what we’re building by asking not only, Can this work? — but Should we build it this way? Where could it break? What are we assuming? Does it protect the people we serve, the integrity of the Solution, and the capacity of the Creator building it?
Because growth doesn’t only expose opportunity.
Growth exposes weakness.
That completes the foundation of The Creators Incubator:
Discover the advantages you’ve already developed.
Create the Inspired Solution you’re uniquely positioned to build.
Design the Creator’s Blueprint capable of bringing it to life.
Then pressure-test and PROTECT what you’re building.
From here, we start going deeper — into real Leaders, real problems, real Solutions, real businesses, nonprofits and ministries, and the assumptions and opportunities we uncover when we put ideas into the Incubator.
