- Monica Reyes had logged prior unexplained conveyor activations, including a timestamped 40-second run at 2:50 AM on March 27.
- A thermal crew recorded a curved arc of elevated temperature three feet above bay seven’s floor at 3:17 AM, holding around 85°F and moving for ~40 seconds.
- Building C’s bay seven was the only bay not fully retrofitted in 2009, located in the northeast corner and last reached by overnight heating.
